If a user’s role is not allowed, either hide the menu or show a message instead of content..

The Page revert back to Old Plugin’s Reorder Page with it’s Page Header Text and a Long Box that looks like a loading Box with Green color coming from the Left Side but stays at the Left Side Wall.
